Because each piece of Acacia Anderberg Silver jewelry is handcrafted with care and intention, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or simply deciding that a piece is not what you expected.
Please take care when selecting your piece and review all available descriptions, measurements, photographs, and details before completing your purchase.
If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please refer to our Damage Policy below. We want every piece to arrive safely and will do our best to make things right when damage occurs during transit.

About Our Jewelry
Acacia Anderberg Silver creates handmade jewelry using sterling silver, turquoise, and other natural materials.
Because our jewelry is handcrafted and natural stones are unique, no two pieces will necessarily be exactly alike. Variations in turquoise color, matrix, pattern, texture, shape, and natural characteristics are normal and are part of the beauty and individuality of each piece.
Photographs are provided to represent each item as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Purchasing

Custom Orders
Custom jewelry requires additional time and communication between the customer and Acacia.
Custom orders may involve specific design requests, stones, sizing, engraving, or other modifications.
Because custom pieces are created specifically for the customer, custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or where Acacia agrees otherwise due to a verified issue with the piece.
Estimated completion times for custom orders may vary depending on the design and availability of materials.
Returns and Refunds
Shipping
Each piece of Acacia Anderberg Silver jewelry is carefully prepared and packaged before it leaves the studio.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. Custom orders may require additional time, and the estimated timeframe will be communicated at the time the order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Please note that shipping times provided by the carrier are estimates and are outside of Acacia Anderberg Silver's control. Acacia Anderberg Silver is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Acacia Anderberg Silver is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damage
Every piece is carefully inspected and packaged before it leaves the studio. Unfortunately, damage can occasionally occur during transit.
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact acaciaanderberg@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please do not attempt to repair the piece yourself before contacting us.
Once we receive the information, Acacia will evaluate the damage and determine the best way to restore the piece. When possible, she will repair the jewelry and return it to you. If a repair is not possible, she will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Because each piece is handmade, repairs may require time and may not always be possible depending on the nature of the damage.
Damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for repair or other resolution.
We want you to love your jewelry and will always do our best to take care of you and the pieces we create.
Jewelry Care
Turquoise and sterling silver require proper care to preserve their appearance and condition.
Customers should avoid exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals, cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, prolonged moisture, and activities that may cause damage.
Jewelry should be stored in a clean, dry location when not being worn.
Normal wear, scratches, tarnishing, discoloration, accidental damage, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse are not considered shipping damage.
